“The engineer was very pleasant did the job no problem I was told that my drain would be unblocked with in 2 hours I had to chase up and it was over 4 hours I had to wait had I have known I would have gone to some else did tell the person I spoke to I was a cancer suffer and needed that toilt”

“Rang up Sunday dinner time to report blocked drains outside , took my details said they would be with me in 2-4 hours. Rang again after 5 hours they said still on a job but still coming out . Another couple of hours later rang up 9pm still coming out but after midnight,or they will come out first thing in the morning. Anyway following day 940am jetting out drain mine and next doors couldn’t unblock it and said I would need to report to water company he couldn’t do anything else but still wanted money total bill for call out and use my hose to fill his tank I’m on a water meter plus left next driveway and garden full of poo and paper. Not happy.”

“We received excellent service from Absolute Drainage after finding that we had stagnant water under our newly purchased home. The two lads that attended were really thorough to fix the issue, which turned out to be much more complex than anyone had anticipated. They really worked hard for really long hours, I never saw them take a break over the three days they were working at our propery. I would honestly say they are a credit to the company. Everyone else I have had contact with at the company have also been really friendly and helpful too. If we ever did need drain specialist again they will be my first port of call.”

“I must have called 6 different drainage companies all stating 24/7 emergency services. However, only Absolute had the availability to come out same day in the late evening. Absolutely would use them again and highly recommended. Very easy to deal with when booking, paying and receiving an invoice. Couldn’t ask for a better service.”

“Absolutely brilliant.We had sewage coming out of our manhole cover on our drive, downstairs toilet was starting to backup. WE rang ABSOLUTE DRAINAGE and they answered immediately(Friday evening) they came out on Saturday and did full assessment. The obstruction was partly cleared, we actually had collapsed drain. They came back on Sunday and replaced sewage pipe under the drive. It was done in approx. two and half hours, were very professional and polite. Sue and I are truly grateful and can't thank you enough.”

“Had a blocked sewer drain and Absolute Drainage came out via a call out through 24/7 Home Rescue. From the moment he arrived, Aaron the engineer gave me confidence my problem would be fixed. The drain was cleared, all equipment tidied away and a full explanation as to the reasons why my drain blocked. Company booked to return and conduct a repair of my underground pipes. Helpful, professional and friendly service. Recommend Absolute Drainage for all your drain problems!”

“Phoned on a Sunday afternoon and they turned up same day 2 hours later. They returned the following day at 9am to complete one job but it was more than anticipated so were able to return the following day to complete. Tidy workers and left before we could say "Thank You". We will be using them again and would recommend them.”
