“Steve came out as promised within a few hours to a blocked drain. It was a tricky problem but Steve found the route cause, which was down to his expertise. We were given clear information about the service on our first call by helpful and pleasant first contact. We would recommend Absolute.”

“I must have called 6 different drainage companies all stating 24/7 emergency services. However, only Absolute had the availability to come out same day in the late evening. Absolutely would use them again and highly recommended. Very easy to deal with when booking, paying and receiving an invoice. Couldn’t ask for a better service.”

“Absolutely brilliant.We had sewage coming out of our manhole cover on our drive, downstairs toilet was starting to backup. WE rang ABSOLUTE DRAINAGE and they answered immediately(Friday evening) they came out on Saturday and did full assessment. The obstruction was partly cleared, we actually had collapsed drain. They came back on Sunday and replaced sewage pipe under the drive. It was done in approx. two and half hours, were very professional and polite. Sue and I are truly grateful and can't thank you enough.”

“Phoned on a Sunday afternoon and they turned up same day 2 hours later. They returned the following day at 9am to complete one job but it was more than anticipated so were able to return the following day to complete. Tidy workers and left before we could say "Thank You". We will be using them again and would recommend them.”

“Had a very positive experience with Absolute Drainage, even though there was a mix up with times they bent over backwards to sort it with us in mind. The engineer was brilliant, professional, respectful of us and our property, clean and tidy and generally a really nice person who knew what he was doing. “I was impressed by the speed of reponse after calling the telephone number abouit a blocked/overflowing drain on my propertty. There was somebody on site within hours, and the problem wqs swiftly diagnosed. The following day the necessary corrective work was carried out, with only a slight delay whilst a replacement piece of equipment was brought from headquarters. The drain is now operating perfectly normally again. By no means cheap, but swift, professional and efficient. Thank you.”
