“Got the money that they first offered. Loads of options for posting to suit all needs. Good communication at every stage. All very quick as well. Will use again when I upgrade my next phone.”

“The service was good. However, I sent my phone in twice, first time they reduced the price by more than 50% because it supposedly had a deep scratch on the screen (I know it didn't). I requested it back and sent it back to them a few weeks later...... Guess what? No issue at all, paid in full.”
