“I have used Mazuma for many years now; whenever I upgrade my mobile I always go to them first to sell them my old mobile; Not only do they give a great competitive price, but they pay you fast and keep you up-to-date with the progress of your trade-in all the way too. “This is as honest as i can be. I was quoted £105 for an x box one x which was in fine working order before it left my house. I was even playing on it the night before and cleared all the information off it ready to sell. Ive not had an issue with the x box in all the time I have had it as I look after my things and the only reason I was selling it was because I have upgraded. Mazuma are telling me that when they tested it there was a HDMI fault and they could only offer me £12.50 for it!!! If there is a fault with it then its the fault of Mazuma and how they've handed my x box upon receipt. I am not going to be insulted by being offered £12.50 for it. I've since received the xbox box back (without the original packaging and HDMI cable) and have tested the alleged issues with the port. THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE PORT! I've pick the xbox up while switched on and turned it through 360 degrees and the display / sound remain perfect on screen and through the speakers. AVOID SELLING OR USING MAZUMA as they obviously are trying to make a fool out of people and rip them off.”

Good morning Pete, Thank you for your review, We are sorry to hear of your experience. Your Xbox was flagged for having a faulty HDMI port which was tested with two HDMI cables. The port of the Xbox was loose and when the Xbox was moved the connection between the console and TV was disconnected. Based on this we reduced it for a faulty port. Based on this we would have been unable to offer the full amount as the device was not in the condition we quoted it for.
