“I’m not a regular reviewer of things but credit where credit is due, whole process excellent from start to finish . Quote beat competitors, probably about 90 seconds on the website, 45 seconds at the front door a day or so later and money in my account a day after that . Really impressive and exactly the faff free service one wants !”

“I chose the option of receiving a returns package for my phone which was sent out to me the following day from Mazuma. I sent off my phone and within 2 days the money was in my account. Really quick service and I will definitely consider using them again.”

“Fault detected as present during test which was not present when device left my possession. I was denied my request for evidence that it was not damaged at your site. I was also continuously goaded my your customer service staff with very arrogant attitudes. Highly disappointed”

Good afternoon Stuart, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the decision made regarding your device. Every device that we receive is thoroughly checked by our technicians, if it doesn't meet our grading criteria the price, we offer you a lower price. Unfortunately, your device was found to have a faulty camera due to black marks within the camera lens. These tend to appear as faint black ink marks when holding the camera against a white background. They appear prominent on a white background than they do against a colourful background. As you had rejected the order, the photo couldn't be provided. A photo can only be provided at problem order stage.
