“Used for the first time this week, competitive quote and I asked for postage bag method. Bag arrived two days later, my phone was posted on the next day which was Thursday. Messages received that they had the phone on Friday morning for appraisal and the money was in the bank that afternoon. Easy and fast process.”

“very quick, good price for one of my phones. can't fault them. I did get a better price for my Samsung S7 edge elsewhere due to the screen crack damage but that's no dramas.”

“I had tried to sell my phone of fb but was fed up with being messed around and people offering me pennies. It was so easy to get the envelope sent to me from mazuma and straight forward, won't waste my time selling a phone privately again!”
