“Very easy to book, booked in on Sunday, pack didn’t arrive until Weds. so all in all it took over a week to get it all sorted. This may be due to the Postal system rather than Mazuma though.”

“This is about the forth iPhone I have sold through Mazuma when upgrading and I can definitely recommend them. you might get a bit more cash over e-bay but you don't have the stress of will it arrive ok, will the person buying it mess me around etc. It is a very smooth process, the communication is great and as long as the item meets the required quality you have you cash in a couple of days.”

“Process is really simple and they provide all you need to send it back to them and instructions on wiping your phone. I sent mine by recorded delivery on Saturday, on Monday I got an e-Mail to say it was received and the funds were in my bank a few hours later.”

“Very poor customer service, have kept my own phone saying that it is blacklisted. It’s my property and I wanted to sell it for parts as a broken one.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review, We will check the IMEI/Serial number of all mobile phones and devices received on the CheckMEND (www.checkmend.com) database of lost and stolen property records to ensure no lost or stolen items are purchased. If a mobile phone or device is found to have a record that indicates it has been lost or stolen or we become aware of any other issue relating to its ownership, we will notify the seller by email and quarantine the mobile phone or device for an initial period of 28 days ("the Quarantine Period"). Payment for the mobile phone or device will be withheld by us until the CheckMEND record does not show the mobile phone as stolen or lost. If the block can be removed by yourself, then we can process this for you. Please get in touch with our team if you are unsure of how to do this.
