“Thank you for solving all my problems with an iPhone 6 Plus that was slowly on firing up and crashed sometimes on safari. It was stressing me out quite a bit and I was very pleased that you would accept the sell order and you paid me very promptly upon receipt. I was impressed with the dpd drop and go service and then the text and email to say it had been sent to you and confirmation of the handsets safe arrival. Thank you for paying so swiftly and setting my mind at ease. I’m putting the money towards a different handset, maybe an Oppo :) Thank you Mazuma”

“I posted 2 items sold online . The first one gone through without issue , however the second item (ipad) stated offer reduced due to defects. I rejected the offer requesting it be returned to me due to ridiculous offer . Then received an email to contact company which I have done 3 times leaving 2 messages on specified number but had no reply . No idea what is happening with my product”

Good afternoon Stuart, Thank you for your email, I have checked your order for the iPad, I can see your device was found to have yellow halo within the LCD layer. This is where the pixels die within the LCD and turn yellow. This is usually found around the edge of the LCD screen where the battery and time stamp is. This manufacturing defect is common in a lot of the older models such as the 4's, 5's, 6's 7's and some of the older iPads such as the Minis, 2's, 3's and some of the Airs. Based on this we had to amend the offer as it did not match the grade you initially selected.
