“First time use, great service. Had my phone picked up by DPD on date I picked and within time frame given. After the weekend they had recieved my phone. And was processed and checked and payment made. Very quick service. Deffo would use again and would recommend. Price that was quoted was the price I got.”

“Great service from start to finish. So so easy and extremely fast! The amount that was estimated for my old phone was paid into my account the same day they received it! Easy instructions and very patient staff (I had a million and one questions) yet every thing thoroughly and promptly. Should have sold my old phone to Mazuma long before now. Thank you for a pleasant and smooth transaction.”

Good morning, thank you for your review, We are sorry to hear of your experience. I have checked your order and can see that to was amended due to a cracked touchscreen. We have to flag any damage or fault if visible on a device. A crack can be anything from a 1mm crack to the entire screen being damaged.
