“This is the 2nd time that I've used Mazuma - and once again I am very pleased with your service. Your buying price was a little higher than your competitors - which was good. The website and postage print-out was really smooth. You kept in touch via e.mails - much appreciated. And the agreed price, which was exactly as advertised, was paid into my bank speedily”

“Phone was sent in perfect working order only to have the price reduced unfairly for a fault with the camera, the phone was used the day before posting to take pictures with zero problems so not happy with the service and won’t be using again.”

Good afternoon Paul, Thank you for your review, We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the decision made regarding your device. Every device that we receive is thoroughly checked by our technicians, if it doesn't meet our grading criteria the price, we offer you a lower price. Unfortunately, your device was found to have a faulty camera due to black marks within the camera lens. These tend to appear as faint black ink marks when holding the camera against a white background. They appear prominent on a white background than they do against a colourful background. “My iPhone was expensive so I was delighted to learn that I could recoup some of the cost by trading in my old phone and get an excellent price-considerably more than Apple themselves offered as a trade-in. Mazuma Mobile was recommended by the salesperson of my telephone network.Dealing with Mazuma Mobile is very straightforward and efficient. The instructions are very easy to follow and printing out the prepaid postage label meant that there was no cost involved. I got an email as soon as my phone arrived and the promised cash was in my bank account within a couple of days.I thoroughly recommend Mazuma Mobile to anybody with a phone to trade in.”
