“It was good, quick, easy money. I sold two very very broken phones and got £75, it would’ve costed so much to fix them that I just got new ones so they were just sat around before this.”

“Mazuma didn’t offer the highest valuation for my device but they did honour the price they quoted, I had already sent it to another re cycler who offered a good price for my iPhone but as soon as they received it slashed the offer due to a failed battery health check. I had my device returned and sent it to Mazuma instead. One tip I would suggest is to contact Mazuma before you send your device to find out what they call good battery health. I was told for my model and age of the phone anything over 70% Would be good enough and mine had 82% so I knew it would be ok.”

“I never usually write reviews but I had such a good experience with Mazuma. It felt a bit scary just shipping my phone off, but I was updated the whole time. I posted my phone to Mazuma on Monday and by the time I went to bed on Wednesday the money was in my account. Easy to use, fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.”
