“We upgraded our sons phone for Christmas & Mazuma offered us the most for his old device, the process was so easy, the most he had to do was print out a tracking receipt, they acknowledged via email through the whole process. We would recommend Mazuma to anyone getting rid of any device. Definitely 5 star”

“Normally very very quick in the process and I can understand if there are problems due to COVID, but they should post on their homepage that there will be a delay. I paid £7.65 recorded next day post before 1pm they got the phone at 8.38am but by close of play it was still showing phone not received.”
