“Sent my phone off in perfect working order in its original box. Received an email to say there’s a problem with the camera and black dots appearing when pointed at a white screen!?!? Madness there was nothing wrong with it I was using it up until the day I sent it off! Reduced my offer from £160 to just £66. Now fighting to get my phone back but god knows if that will happen or what state it will be returned to me in. To say I’m less than impressed is an understatement!”

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the decision made regarding your device. Every device that we receive is thoroughly checked by our technicians, if it doesn't meet our grading criteria the price, we can offer you a lower price. Unfortunately, your device was found to have a faulty camera due to black marks within the camera lens. These tend to appear as faint black ink marks when holding the camera against a white background. They appear prominent on a white background than they do against a colourful background.
