“Totally amazing service. Ordered on the Monday just before Christmas but delivery still came the day after. Text confirmation of the delivery slot (1431-1631) sent on the day. Goods delivered at 1433. I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you so much”

“I recently ordered vega cream ceramic wall tiles for my bathroom but maxwells said they where discontinued.They ordered the tiles from the maxwells warehouse.If it hadn't of been for maxwells ordering them back in for me my bathroom wouldn't of been finished.Thank you”

“Found Maxwells on the net not only cheaper by at least £9.00 but even with delivery it was still cheaper. Ordered and it was delivered the next day WOW what a service they could teach other companys a lesson. Will be telling everyone about this company. Good luck in the furture you deserve it.”

“I ordered an item on the 12th and on the 22nd I got told a replacement will be sent TRACKED and on the 24th I called, and both the original and replacement has been lost No calls to me regarding the lost items Rather paid more and buy it through Amazon.”

First item was held at Royal Mail depot waiting for collection, customer was informed of this however did not pick up and was returned to us. Second dispatch was lost in transit, due to courier strain so close to christmas. Buyer was full refunded.

“Fantastic service from Maxwells DIY, I ordered an item online Friday lunchtime and it was delivered to my home by Saturday lunchtime, thought I might not have it in time for Christmas as I had ordered so late but was amazed to receive the bulky item so quickly. I would definitely use Maxwells DIY again.”
