“When my goods arrived some where damaged BUT Shaun's customer service was outstanding and sorted everything out. Good product knowledge and gave some very good tips which to a novice DIYer was brill. Thank you.”

“Ordered materials online on Friday for standard 3 to 5 day delivery, received a phone call later that day asking if they could deliver the next day which they did. Very pleased with the service and competitive prices, especially the delivery charge.”

“This company were professional and customer service was excellent the representative I spoke to was down to earth he was fully in charge of my needs grasped immediately what I wanted and laid it he certainly knew his stuff and dealt with me with clarity and was just the kind of contact I wish many other companies I have dealt with online, telephone and person to person had adopted .Dealing with Maxwell's was refreshing and renewed my faith In the old saying "The customer is always right" I cannot compliment them enough and would highly recommend to my friends family and colleagues Many Regards Ian Mylchreest”

“Items came within the agreed timescales: only gripes I would have was firstly, the fact that I was sent a timeslot via text which was not met - the items actually turned up 2 hours earlier than suggested, but luckily someone was available. Secondly, that one of the tins of varnish was heavily rusted - but as I have not used yet, don't know whether the contents have been affected.”

“I ordered 5 covered mousetraps in December. I got 2 covered and three uncovered traps (not much use with inquisitive animals around). I have emailed and phoned in the hopes of getting either the correct traps sent or a refund. This hasn't happened. The money was taken out of my account before I received the parcel. I have had no response since I spoke to Callum in December. I am very disappointed and am still trying to contact Maxwells.”
