“We ordered some fence paint, but only 1 tin was delivered, not two as we were told.....we called Maxwells and they sent the other tin out the following day....very apologetic......they sorted the problem straight away....will definitely use them again....extremely efficient and polite.”

“ordered tin of ronseal decking stain email same day order web72434 dipatched waited 3 working days no delivery. phoned up only to be told the courier had lost it and hadnt informed you will phone me back in 30mins .next phone call its being damaged in transit but manager trying to get replacement 2hrs later another phone call cant find another tin even ronseal havnt got any.did i have the only tin of charcoal stain in the country. all we can do is refund your money.ordered an other from a different supplier received it next day at the same price.”

“This is awesome, My fence is huge like 90 foot, this made light work of painting the fence, i didn't buy sprayable paint i just bought normal Cuprinol less mess fence paint and thinned it myself with water as it's water based so very easy' 3 settings and i just put this on 3 and it was brilliant ' did the whole fence both sides in less than 4 hours both sides and that was 2 coats' brilliantly thought of Best Buy ever !!”

“Failed next day delivery on two occasions items not dispatched as promised and paid for Ordered on Wednesday for Thursday delivery received monday. Damages on two two of the pannelsv and on one gate split timber, not assembled in a straight line and not nailed sufficiently”
