“The price for the mower I bought was very competitive. I received the mower within the timescale given. I was disappointed that I asked for the mower (due to size and cost) to be left with a neighbour if was out, the mower was left behind my back gate, it was out of sight but could still have been taken. I called the store and asked a question after delivery, the staff were helpful and informative, great service. Thank you.”

“After paying for a next day delivery you expect it to be delivered the next working day. My delivery turned up 3 days later. Not sure if it's the delivery company delivering late or Maxwells sending it out late. I will not be ordering anything else from Maxwells again.”

“I'm very pleased with MAXWELLS DIY. I've bought 2 tools so far at a lower price than others and the customer service was very helpful too. The items were posted mega fast and well packed. I would have no worries about more purchases from them and if I couldn't see what I wanted in their shop, I would ask first before going elsewhere. Cannot fault them.”

“I purchased a product from Maxwells because they were competitive with Amazon on price, and I would have had to wait much longer for delivery with Amazon. I had to sign up for an account in order to buy the product but the sign up process was very quick and easy. I will definitely buy from Maxwells again.”

“Excellent price. Excellent service on delivery. A bit of padding around the screw driver in a tin would have helped. However only a minor dent from post office football.”
