“I recently order two sets of Childrens gardening tools, they arrived the following day but one set was incomplete. It took 2 phone call to get the missing item delivered,. Despite that, I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from Maxwell's DIY again, as the quality of the product was excellent and the staff very courteous and helpful on dealing with the problem.”

“Very quick excellent service. I am 70 yrs old & the driver was very pleasant & helpful in putting the items just where I wanted them. It was nice to get old fashioned British service again.”

“Ordered a bedroom in a box, was delivered mid afternoon the next day in excellent condition an well packaged, would definitely order again from here! Plus they was the cheapest retailer i could find for the product i wanted :)”

“Excellent. Service second to none. The black and decker hand held vac came very quick and works very well. I bought it to replace a black and decker I have had for years. If this one lasts as long I will be happy. The vac works very well has a good suction to it.one thing to remember is to take the charge lead of when you want to use it apart from that very good. The turbo brush is a bonus does a very good job has plenty of power. Thank you.”

“3 tins of Crown paint ordered on Tuesday morning, 2 tins arrived the next day with a written note saying one tin to follow, did not say when, called you on the Thursday to find out when it was been delivered and was advised it was coming that day. When I got home it had not arrived, called you again and was advised it had exploded in the van and it would be with me saturday, why had no one contacted me ? I had to call to find out where the paint was, all would have been well if my 3 tins had arrived on time my rating would of been very good.”
