“We have an open coal burning fire because my father in law was a miner. When the grate burnt through I had difficulty finding a replacement. On the net I compared prices and found Maxwells with delivery very fair. Fast delivery and no problems. Just what everyone wants.”

“I did quite a bit of research looking for a particular item. Maxwells was very competitive on price and Postage. The website was easy to use and the item arrived in good time. On my one and only experience of using Maxwells i would recommend them !”

“Ordered just to late for the next day delivery. Appreciated a message from Maxwell explaining that it would be another day for delivery. On the morning of delivery received a message advising the delivery would be between defind times later that morning. Arrived spot on time and in good condition. Great service.”

“I ordered Ronseal One Coat Fencelife Sprayable in Harvest Gold - 5 Lt £9.99 It comes in a square container to fit onto the sprayer which I had purchased elsewhere. A round container of Ronseal Fencelife - a similar product but for brushing, was supplied. I rang and spoke to a nice polite chap who said that it is now in this new container but would send me another 5Lt in a square pot FOC ( I was trying to replace my original one due to a mishap - without my husband finding out!) I thought this was a very nice offer but when I opened the box another round pot had been sent and I ended up having to confess my accident. The round container is a different product but apparently can be sprayed - so watch this space!”

“Called to say that I hadn't received my order. Customer services quickly chased it up and left a message to say that they would send out another one. The same day the postman delivered my original order.”
