“Initially told goods could not be delivered on arranged date. Rearranged delivery, only to be told item was out of stock and no more expected! Disappointing service but staff courteous and refund issued immediately.”

“Not happy for price, End of checkout they add 20% VAT. They are very clever. if you add 20% VAT + Delivery charge, expensive then other's stores. Mould cleaner no spray bottle, you need to buy separate, same brand there items Wilko selling cheaper. So why I need to buy from them”

“12 bags of sand at just under £2 each! You can't go wrong really. Very pleased with the service. A prompt delivery with regular updates along the way. The delivery man was very helpful and friendly. 5 stars all round. Keep up the good work.”
