“Placed my order Saturday lunchtime and received it Weds pm. Simple process, product as described with a good courier service although once your order has been despatched your unable to track the shipment as no details are supplied in the despatch confirmation email. Apart from that small negative I'm satisfied and would definitely shop with them again.”

“You advertise next day delivery. I had an e-mail to say my goods were dispatched yesterday but they have not arrived and I have heard nothing to say when they are being delivered. I ordered on Sunday.”

“I am still waiting for my goods. next day delivery- It's not even next week. I think service is quicker to the moon. As for contacting them, well I have not succeeded yet. I will try again next week”

“Firstly some bright spark in the packing department stuck our label on the wrong order,so we had to cancel the decorator. The carrier sends a text saying we'll deliver at 4pm to 5pm,and turns up at 2pm with the wrong order of course. Correct order arrives the following day,again 2 hours earlier than the carrier than the text we recived....fortunately we were in. Maxwells on line customer service says, the carrier will take the incorrect parcel away when they redeliver the correct order.......... can't do that says the driver. Still awaiting an e-mail reply from Maxwells after reporting this fact. All in all a pretty shoddy on line service. Pricing on the products excellent, they just need to sort out the logistics and the packing . I'll give it another try next time I need stuff, and hope they have got things sorted.”

“The emulsion paint that I wanted was supplied by Maxwell through my online order. The process was simplicity itself and the product was much cheaper than that quoted by one of the national DIY retailers. I received my 3 tins of paint as anticipated, delivered on time, and I was delighted with the overall service. Well done Maxwell DIY.”

“To make this very clear the review is about the product as Maxwells themselves were fast and efficient with delivery. This product is terrible. Not fit for purpose. Used it 4 times before it broke and the 3rd and 4th time of use produced shoddy and spattered effects. Black and Decker spray gun is poorly designed and terribly built. £35 of wasted cash.”
