“I understand current issue but delivery of 1 to 7 days with no indication of when items delivered after waiting 7 days. Not good Should not keep taking orders if you can't deliver within 7 working days, by way 7 working days is quite a long time anyway Should be offering 1 to 5 days. Far too long”

“We made an order 13 days ago, with a delivery of up to 7 working days. It still hasn’t arrived. We have emailed multiple times and tried calling but there has been no response. There isn’t any other way of us to contact you. We understand this is a very difficult time, but we would really appreciate at least an update. We’ve spent nearly £250 and the money has been taken, but the delivery hasn’t come and there is no information from you. We assume this isn’t the customer service you would like to give. So we hope to hear from you soon!”

“Placed order on 25th of March, delivery advised between 1 and 7 days, so far on 1st of April nothing delivered and not yet dispatched. Money charged against my credit card on 25th, correct me if I am wrong it is not permissable the charge against card until items have been dispatched”

“Iam still waiting for my order to be delivered. I ordered it one day just before the lock down. I was hoping it would still arrive, I did have email to say it was going to be but as off today 1st April no sign, things are bad out there so Iam not expecting delivery now.”
