“Paid for next day delivery but still not received a week later. I have called them but there is no answer. I have left a message and emailed but received no reply. Don't bother ordering with Maxwell's DIY.”

“Absolute rubbish service. Item ordered13/04/15 with 2-3 days delivery. Called after 1 week. told it was due in and would upgrade delivery. Still no delivery. Called again today to be told that item is not available - thanks for letting me know !!!!! If I treated my customers like this I would soon be looking for another job”

“Absolute rubbish of a company - I ordered paint on Wednesday for next day delivery, four days later and still no paint. Naturally, customer service do not respond to my emails of enquiry. Will be making a formal complaint about this company.”

“paid for next day delivery, but they posted it 48hr delivery. phoned twice, the first time they told me it had been posted on next day delivery but when it did not arrive they then admitted that they had posted it on 2 day delivery. they offered £2 refund for inconvenience!!!! No phone calls from them,I had to keep phoning them.”

“Very poor service, ordered products on Monday evening expecting next Day delivery to be Weds, with no delivery after waiting all day for it, called Thurs to chase up to be told it has just come back in stock and will be sent, to then recieve a lousy £2 postal refund, would have been quicker ( and cheaper ) to get straight from B&Q, I should not have been able to order product if out of stock in the first place... waste of time, wont bother next time.”

“Not happy up to now as I paid for next day delivery and 3 days liater I'm still waiting for my purchase. £50.00 for delivery is very expensive and I would appreciate some sort of compensation. Regards Alan.”
