“Ordered a Dulux Mixlab gloss paint: a specific colour that needed mixing. It arrived extremely quickly and was well wrapped, so I was delighted. I should say I couldn't see where to indicate the colour when ordering and so had to telephone, and the pot arrived with no indication anywhere/invoice of the colour mixed. Setting those niggles to one side though, I'm really pleased to get a specially mixed pot of paint delivered - and for a penny cheaper than Homebase even when including postage!”

“Very unorganised customer service/on line ordering team. Paid for next day delivery,on items they could not deliver to local store within a week..One week on still no items. Customer service promised call back within half hour at 15.30 pm but failed to do so,maybe this was because they close at 16.00 pm.offered postage refund ,nothing as of yet ?”

“Prices very good but every tin of paint that was delivered was badly dented and looked like seconds stock that were not fit for stock in stores due to the look. I emailed in to ask if they were seconds or if that's what they sold damaged tins and the response was that they are all perfect but some could be damaged in transit and was there any loss of paint.. This wasn't just transit damage to all four of my tins of paint, there was no paint loss but it looks very unprofessional to deliver paint in damaged cans.”

“Customer service are very friendly but I still have not received the goods I ordered 5 days ago on next day delivery. Paying by PayPal apparently means that you will get no information about your order without repeated calls to support.”

“Service provided was excellent, very prompt delivery and well packed. However the product was very unsatisfactory - see my email of 25/07/2015. This is not your fault, but unfortunately impacts on you because of the Sale of Goods Act.”
