“Only learned today from Beth at customer services that niether you or your supplier have this item available for appropriate dispatch. Also, looking at my bank account you have already taken payment for the item and it's delivery! Pity I couldn't have known about your present stock 're. Item, that at least would have allowed me to trace other sources!”

“2nd product I have purchased, first was on free next day delivery which was impressive. 2nd was Royal Mail which was fine but would have been useful to receive email to confirm had shipped and give an idea of delivery so I could be sure to be in, actual delivery was 3 working days which was great and I happened to be in!”
