“Very unpleasant experience from such a big named buisness!! I called them before buying and they confirmed stock. On the call, I bought the items and paid. Next day they are sending me that they dont have stock for the full amount and whether we would like to have the partial delivery or wait for 3 months when their stock will be replenished!!! o disgraceful... I had to recal them and there wasnt any feeling of 'sorry' or any compensation. Just that I had to request them for a full refund - which again would take 3 to 5 business days to come back to my account - Wy work is delayed... I wouldnt recomment Maxwell to any one... Most worthless service and most bad experience.”

“Very quick very good service and as ordered - one problem, however. The package address label was re-keyed in Maxwells' Depot and as a result was addressed to the wrong house! (A different house from the invoice address). We rang and the staff said they would refer the error.”
