“I stuck with Maxwell over Tesco and Argos to support a local business in my area and I wasn't disappointed. Once the order was ready I was told the driver lived near me and he'd drop it off at my house. Amazing customer service. Well worth a try I also saved a little bit using cashback.”

“One of the items delivered was damaged and an email was sent to Maxwells but no response received yet so unable to accurately review. Update: a replacement was sent which we received the next day, so the rating was improved to 'good'. Would have gone to 'Very Good' if we had had any comms advising of the replacement.”

“your service was first class delivery excellent I would recommend you to everyone unfortunately I heve to return the 2 pairs of boots as they were too narrow a fit I am so dissapointed they didnt fit as they were fabulous and a terrific price i had a look to see if you did wider fitting but didnt find any unfortuneately”

“This was my first experience with Maxwells DIY. Ordering was very straightforward, and order confirmation and dispatch details both came very quickly. The order was safely delivered within 3 working days (standard delivery). I call that pretty good service all round and wil certainly encourage me to buy from them in the future.”
