“Dear Sirs, The service was first class. The goods arrived on time and were well packaged and in perfect condition. As I'm disabled and more or less confined to a wheelchair, the ability to shop online and get the good I wanted is a real boon. Well done everybody at Maxwells. Regards. Dave Rigg”

“Ordered a worktop for delivery you took my money and then emailed me to say you could not deliver to my area so not very impressed”

As stated in the product description, worktops can only be delivered to the local North East area. Payment was void so no funds left customer bank.

“The price was good and the product arrived on time. However, as the name of the product and the details of what is does do not specifically say it is a paint, I actually thought I was buy the clear version to apply over paint! Perhaps you could make this clearer in your advertising, though it is not actually clear on the Ronseal site either.”

“Excellent Next Day Delivery Service Would have rated Very Good apart from the tin of paint being badly dented, although well packaged. Still it is a tin of paint - it is not leaking and most importantly it is what I wanted and is useable. Thank You”
