“After paying for a next day delivery you expect it to be delivered the next working day. My delivery turned up 3 days later. Not sure if it's the delivery company delivering late or Maxwells sending it out late. I will not be ordering anything else from Maxwells again.”

“- order taken for products not in stock - failed to make delivery - failed to make revised delivery - failed to provide delivery tracking information - failure to provide delivery tracking information on second request failure to re-arrange delivery despite being informed that delivery could not be accepted on the suggested day - requested refund of next day delivery payment; request completely ignored - restricted opening times and failure to address concerns - a shoddy service with no customer support - still waiting for delivery; now three days overdue - hard to imagine a worse service”

Order was upgraded to a Saturday delivery, courier suffered system malfunctions over weekend. Consignment number was provided on both requests. Business is only open Monday to Friday which is stated on the website. All issues was dealt with Next Working day. Customer has been kept up to date with all issues.
