“Your Website said that order with the next 3Hrs and receive it by Thursday, I ordered it on Wednesday and hoping to get the cleaner no later than Friday so that I can commence cleaning at the weekend. My order was despatched on the 29th June When I requested the courier company for this tracking number: JD00 022 52563 819848, Beth said that it was Royal Mail (I Googled it and it is a YODELL number not Royal Mail) Emailed again on the 30th for an ETA and the reply I got was "Hi, As you’ve paid for 2-3 day delivery it should be with you today or tomorrow at the latest. It will be delivered with your normal post Kind regards Beth" It finally got delivered on the 4th July (After the weekend I was planning to use them) YODEL POD: Your parcel has been delivered 04 July at 12:31”

“On-line order was here the next day as promised. Very pleased with the choice of product colours (Ronseal fencelife plus) which ddwere very restricted in my local B&Q, Homebase etc. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.”

“Ordering online was very quick and easy. Had slight trouble with delivery but after contacting Maxwells direct the problem was rectified immediately. Product in stock at great price. Overall superb company with great communication and stock at great prices.”

“Items arrived quickly but satisfaction was undermined by courier service used - box arrived very battered and on opening the parcel paint spilled out on our clothes as the parcel had been so badly manhandled the paint pot lid had come off spilling the contents”

“ordered item and paid for next day delivery on Tuesday but item still hadn't turned up on Thursday. Delivery fee was refunded but item still not arrived after after a week even though I had email confirmation that order had been dispatched!!! If you want anything quick it might be easier to go to the store.”

“Very good on delivery. Paint tin seemed to be old due to the rust around lid and paint seemed to be a bit watery perhaps due to old stock? Regards J Parker”

“Ordered my paint by next day delivery. Booked the decorator in to come. Paint never arrived so rang up only to be told it hadn't come in stock. Very disappointed. Never received an email. They gave me my refund for postage costs. But it's cost me for the decorator to come. Hope it comes tomorrow. But will not be using them again.”
