“Original order made to be cancelled a few days later on the basis door out of stock, rang up the following day to be told the doors are in shock?? Re-ordered and given a date of today 26th Jan as delivery, have taken off valuable holiday to house sit and wait for delivery. 2-45 order still not arrived hence rang office to enquire the whereabouts of delivery to be told that it has been delayed and won't be delivered till Monday 30th. Shouldn't I have been told of non delivery and very disappointed it is me contacting Maxwells rather than the other way around. Customer service???? I now need to cancel builders tomorrow and re-arrange! Very disappointed having been a customer on numerous occasions previously and having nothing but praise for the company.”

“Product no longer in production, but was found on Maxwell website. After speedy confirmation of availability by telephone the order was easy to place through the website. Order was delivered in the timescale requested without damage and with excellent information about the time window for the delivery which was met. Extremely pleased with the service.”

“We ordered 4 packs of plastic cladding but delivery men only brought 1 - have to wait till Thursday for the rest to come and still have to pay again for delivery( they said we could have it half price!!)”

“I did not request my local store for delivery so my order was being sent to their main branch. I called customer service witch was excellent and my mistake was soon rectified. Excellent product and service”

“Store staff very helpful. Let down by ordering on-line 13/1/17 for next day delivery, received acknowledgement of order, however, did not receive a follow up e mail until Wednesday 18/1/17 advising delivery on Thursday 19/1/17. E mailed to advise no one available until Friday. Was told no delivery to Gateshead on a Friday. Had to cancel order and receive refund, bought items from store on Friday.”

“Due to windy weather one of our fence panels broke up so I searched online for a new 6x4 panel. I found various websites offering low priced panels but extortionate shipping charges. Maxwells came up and they only charged about £6 to get it delivered the following day. Amazing service. Ta”
