“Can only describe them as hopeless. Item due between 22 to 24 November, worktop leg required for a kitchen refit to support breakfast bar. Chased by email 24/11 and 25/11 and no response to either. Spent 32 minutes waiting on the phone 25/11 to be told there are none in stock, should've received an email to advise me etc etc and will arrange a refund. Had to go out to my local Wickes to buy chrome instead of the brushed nickel we expected, needless to say it doesn't match the kitchen, but at least the job got finished.”
