“The order took two days longer to arrive than stipulated. One of the laths of the gate was split. I was asked to remove the split lath and they would send a new lath to replace it. I asked them to make sure the nails for reattaching the lath were sent. The nails were sent but were too short to go through two planks of wood. They did not believe me when I said they were too short and I had to send a photograph to prove they were too short. Terrible service all around. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“The fence and gate are very good quality I paid the extra delivery charge to get it the next day , however it got seperate. So I only had half of the order the next day! 2 days later I got the rest, Maxwells did refund the delivery charge so thanks Maxwells”
