“Maxwells DIY: 1 x 2.4m Telescopic Tree Pruner When I receive the item it was broken I contacted the seller and told him that this was broken and I've not received a replacement or refund this is very bad customer service :-(”

“I ordered two 500ml bottles of a cleaning product, one for my friend, one for me, however, I was sent a single 1000ml bottle which is actually £1.99 cheaper than two 500ml bottles. I complained immediately, still no response after 10 days, no refund, no substitute, nothing.”

“Considering this is the first time i have ordered from MAXWELLS, not very impressed by the fact that considering i ordered a next day delivery for some weedkiller i bought my Son for his garden as he couldn't afford to buy it as his garden is overrun with weeds, your company didn't bother to inform me it wasn't being delivered due to the fact it had leaked, which i found out only by ringing another branch of your shops as the one i ordered it through online, was constantly engaged when i tried to ring them to ask what had happened to my Son's delivery, so not impressed to say the least even though the price was good after a reduction.”
