“orderd my things well before the cut off time did not receive the next day and when it did arrive it came on 2 different vans a couple of hours apart no text or phone call had to wait in the present was for my niece i got them from you because your add said next day delivery and she was coming out of hospital the day i wanted them delivered so i was not to pleased the good thing was she loves the wheelbarrow and tools peelym”

“The order was placed on a Friday for next day delivery (Monday). On the Thursday our items had still not arrived. I was informed over the phone that there was an issue with the payment card. Why customer services do not phone and let you know is unbelievable. I will not use this company again as I have gone elsewhere and found better service.”

“I purchased 2 tins of decking stripper on Thursday 5 May 16 with a next day delivery. After staying in all day Friday until 19.00 but it was not delivered.i phoned at 18.45 but customer services was closed I also emailed and have not received a reply. The the decking stripper was delivered on Saturday.if this is how you treat customers I can't see me ever using maxwells email service.”

“When ordering this paint which was a simple process it failed to arrive on the delivery date and I waited in all day Sat 7 May. I rang your contact number and a recorded voice advised me that I should leave a message and I would be called back with 30 minutes I rang again after a further hour. No call back. Rang Sunday same recorded message. Rang Monday answered straight away and was advised my complaint would be looked into. promised a call back but had to ring again to be told the package had been damaged in transit and it would be there Tues. It did arrive in a box. In the box was a plastic bag. I opened the plastic bag to remove the tin of paint to be covered in paint. The damaged tin had been placed in the bag and the lid taped on. The lid was not secured. One tap on the lid and hey presto it sealed. I was told I would be refunded the delivery. Not good and the delivery driver should have phoned me to tell me not to wait in !!”

“Did not deliver next day as promised. I ordered the paint on Friday before 4pm and did not receive it until the following Wednesday. Even then they got the wrong address on the label. I will not be ordering from them again.”

“Goods ordered were as specified. Delivery was quick, in fact too quick. I specified a delivery date and they delivered a day earlier without any warning. there was no one in. and the goods were left out the front”

“Excellent service. VERY good prices. Delivered really quickly. On the whole delighted, there is a small BUT we ordered paint and one of the cans had been handled so roughly that it has leaked. Fortunately the cans were so well wrapped that it didn't leak out past the packaging. It wasn't a major leak. I am pretty sure the shippers handled the package badly.”
