“Your website showed you had the product I required (before I ordered and again after I cancelled) and was told a 2-3 day delivery with an email to confirm. I telephoned on day 3 to be told you didn't have the product and if would be 2-3 WEEKS!! I wasn't told, I had to call you to ask where it was!! You should have told me you didn't have it and there was a delay. Lady I spoke to was nice on the phone and refunded my order but it didn't allow me to do the decorating I had planned for the weekend!! Disappointed to say the least.”

“I ordered the item on (I think) Tuesday 13SEP (maybe Monday). It was for next day delivery. on 13th I got an e-mail to say dispatch was delayed and I would receive on Thursday. Fair enough. Also on Tuesday I got an e-mail to say I would get an e-mail when it was dispatched. Saturday it had not arrived (and no dispatch e-mail) so I cancelled the order and went to the local garden to purchase. Monday 19th, I asked you to acknowledge my cancellation. Today (20th) you have asked for a review, but still no confirmation of the status of my purchase and cancellation.”

“This is from a store perspective ,the staff really are not very well trained and don't have a great deal of knowledge about your products they are friendly enough but as I have said lacking in knowledge.”
