“Placed an order to be delivered between 1-4 working days, didn’t come, emailed and phoned to cancel order, still no response, and then get emailed to say order is on the way 1 week after purchase, shocking service, even under the circumstances, I’ve already purchased products from elsewhere so don’t need this order, are you going to refund me??
