“I ordered Ronseal anti condensation paint, I couldn't find it anywhere else, certainly not in Scotland. It was delivered as and when stated although I did have to phone for the correct delivery date and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. As for the paint it was easy to apply but I can't say if it will work OK as it will take a while to see if it makes a difference.”

“Bought both laminate flooring and stairs. Ordered additional flooring for storage and utility rooms but was sent the wrong type (chambered edge rather than flat). I was told to package it up and they would arrange collection but despite chasing it up, it was never arranged. Turns out that with one of the stairs damaged, I cannot order a replacement as they have discontinued that brand. Thoroughly dissatisified with the customer service (virtually non existent) experience and now possibly facing even more expenditure having to replace the entire staircase..”

“Very easy procedure. Great that I could order items no longer available in-store, which was a bonus. I realise I ordered towards the end of the week, but it would have been great if delivery could have been just a bit earlier (I had to wait until Monday) but nevertheless will order on-line again.”

“The picket fence and post are good for the price i paid. The wood is a bit rough but with a quick rub down and another coat of fence treatment they were ok. As an oap on limits funs i was very pleased with the fence and posts. ONE HAPPY BUNNY..”
