“I recently placed an order for showroom shine on next day delivery and ended up waiting 5 days for it to turn up. Although when I rang them they were very helpful and apologetic this did not help when you have been waiting for something that should have been there the next day so over all good costumer sevice very poor logistics”

“Easy to use website. Found what we were looking for with your Company (it was not available on many others). Next day delivery came in 2 days, but not sure exactly which days the Easter holiday affected your business, so did not complain. Ordered on Tuesday after Easter, but not delivered until the Thursday. Goods were as expected and the job is now done!”

“Excellent service and delivery and the price was good too, have used this before and bought locallally but it was much dearer, so pleased I went on line and found Maxwells. Thanks Will send photo when I have finished, its too wet at the moment.”

“Disappointed with the delivery time even accounting for the Bank Holiday. I did contact Maxwells and I must admit very impressed with response and they called back when they said they would. i would still use them again”

“Very surprised I have received this request to comment - not sure about the next day delivery - OK it has been Easter but I ordered my fence spikes last Saturday morning. It is 4.30 pm the following Saturday and still no sign of them..”

“Ordered 26/3/16 here we are 02/04/16 goods have not arrived,I have not received any notification of dispatch,they have not replied to my e-mail asking where my goods are.In fact no comms whatsover other than this stupid request for feedback (surely you should have established that the goods had been sent before sending this? All in all a very poor experience.By the way Google are about as good as a chocolate fire guard when it comes to giving any assistance. I want my money back!!!!!!!”

“Delivery didn't arrive despite being told that it was definitely with the courier - this was a week after I'd ordered, paying for next day delivery. Offered a refund, but had to chase this up too as the money wasn't refunded when they said it would. Customer Service totally useless. Wouldn't recommend this company for online orders at all”

“Really pleased. Found this fencing here by searching online. Found Maxwells to be much cheaper than anywhere else, so ordered it for delivery to Truro, Cornwall. It arrived as advised, the next working day, and was better quality than I imagined for the price. Will definitely be using them again.”
