“Good priced product, and quick delivery, but the paint pot lid had opened slightly and leaked During delivery, so either improved delivery packaging or improved delivery service needed. But otherwise all good”

“Not had the product delivered yet but website very easy to use and the sales team were quick and efficient at getting in touch to confirm when the stock had been sourced and was available. It is nice to be asked if delivery is convenient rather than being given no options”

“I am not impressed with Maxwells. Having placed the order I tried to get an approximate time for delivery the day before it was due. They had already emailed me the day before for asking for my number even though I had already provided it! When I called to check the delivery time, The girl on the phone said she couldn't tell me then but that I would get an email by 8am the next day. I didn't receive anything at 8 the next day and couldn't contact Maxwelks to check as their customer service didn't open until 9am! So I still has no idea what time the delivery would arrive. When I called at 9am the operator put me on hold for 5 minutes! Eventually I was told that the delivery would be in the afternoon although they had no idea of a time. By which time I had already missed an appointment I'd had that morning because I has been waiting in for the delivery!!! Not impressed!”

“Paid £4.99 for next working day delivery. Ordered at 3.50pm before the 4pm deadline. Didn't receive a confirmation email until 4.02pm so they don't have to fulfil the next day promise. Small time company making big boy promises they can't keep.”
