“I ordered and paid for a Black & Decker HVLP P400 spray gun from Maxwells on Wednesday 2-12-15 it stated on your web site re this that it would be delivered the next working day which is Thursday 3-12-15, to day is Saturday 5-12-15 11-50am it has not been delivered yet WHY?. in your email to confirm the purchase it states you will send a email when it as been dispatched for delivery I have not received this email as of to day, so just when can I expect delivery, your company is not honouring its promises' on your internet site, not very impressed with you service to me, please email with a delivery date, thank you Mrs C Newby”
