“I have found Maxwell DIY and all the staff I have been involved with to be of the highest professional standard. Orders are filled easy help when required given .Staff know their job and simplify any very small problem quickly and efficiently. “I sent an order paid for it, the money came out my bank the next day, but no one thot if telling me that the item was out of stock and that it would take two weeks to get back in stock again. It's taking up to 7 days to refund the money. Not good customer service”

“Useless company. Only after completing an order and paying £20 for delivery instead of the free delivery they offer I was informed my delivery would be delayed. They assured me repeatedly that it would be the two days later. Two days later at the close of business, I am informed it will be another day, this is useless for tradesmen or business that actually need reliable deliveries. Will never use again, and if you are relying on their delivery times I suggest you order elsewhere.”
