“I ordered a tin if paint before Easter and chose wednesday 19th April as a delivery day . I was on holiday from work that week and wanted to get on with the painting. It did not arrive on weds so i emailed maxwells to be told it hadnt been ordered!! They did ,however, get one to me on the friday but not until lunchtime !”

“Still awaiting the arrival of the 3rd item shipped! 2 have arrived damaged...but if you send a tin of paint in a box with no protection, I'd expect it to arrive damaged!”

“I have always said it is not the ordering / delivery service that defines a company, it is the customer service if something goes wrong. I received a different item to what I ordered so rang to advise, the chap I spoke to was very friendly and keen to resolve the problem. He apologised and arranged for the correct product to be delivered the next day - which it was!. Additionally, although I was happy to return the wrong product, he said to keep it as a present for the birds (It was wild bird seed) which I think shows excellent customer service. I will not hesitate to order again from Maxwells. Thank you!!”

“We are very satisfied with the service provided by Maxwells DIY. Delivery is always fast. Service good. If I have a query, it gets answered straight away. I am never kept waiting. They keep us up to date and track their deliveries. I am a cold person and their paraffin is excellent and sold at a very fair price. They are a 5 star company. I highly recommend them.”
