“Purchased fence posts on the 8th Aug. Received order confirmation and further email stating goods dispatched (economy delivery) on 9th Aug. 16th Aug still not received my goods. Rang their office , receptionist stated goods had not been scanned ( whatever that meant) . She apologised and offered next day dispatch but could not guarantee delivery for 2 days later (the Saturday ). What a cock up. Set my garden project back no end. Now I'll have to go and search for a more reliable company. Grrrrrr. Quick return of funds back to my pay Pal account though.”
