“I had an issue with my order which wasn't there fault it was a damaged in transit but I spoke to the lady on the phone who sorted out the problem very quickly and efficiently she did a brilliant job”

“Brilliant as always. This fencing and posts are excellent. Good quality,great even cut,strong and easy to put together. Excellent service and delivery by a polite and helpful delivery man. If you are planning to replace or renew fencing this is of excellent quality. I've already built some fencing and made a gate from the wood. So have purchased more to replace the old fencing.”

“At first my order did not arrive on the date given, however a quick call to customer services saw Chelsea go the extra mile to keep a customer happy and my order was immediately dispatched by courier and arrived before noon the next day; that's customer service. Very happy and will be more than happy to order again from Maxwells.”

“I ordered two tins of paint and paid £4.99 delivery. I wasn't very happy when I arrived home and unpacked the box to find that one of the tins of paint had a dent in the side and the paint had come out of the top of the tin. Had I of not needed the paint so desperately I would have sent it back. The paint however has done the job I needed.”
