“Everything. I ordered a tin of paint and paid for a next day delivery. I waited - but you didn't send it - nor the next day. Then you said it couldn't be delivered until the next week. I needed it the next day - because of the weather - to paint my roof. So I ordered it from Amazon and it came the next day - without having to pay expensive postage.”

“I ordered a tin of Ronseal gloss varnish in error. I received an email from Maxwells stating, "The payment for your order 61424 (WEB61424) with http://www.maxwellsdiy.com/ has been processed successfully. If you have any problems please contact us by replying to this email." I immediately replied asking to cancel the order. The next day I received notification of despatch. No notice was taken of my request. When the tin was received it had been well packaged with tape over the lid to stop it from coming off. I liked that.”
