“I ordered several items and the delivery was very prompt. There was some damage to one item due to the courier. The action by Maxwells was first rate and the item was replaced within 24 hours.”

“I was having a problem finding a Crown Solo paint colour locally looked on the net and Maxwells had it in stock. Placed order and paint arrived on specified day in perfect condition having been expertly packed. Will definitely use Maxwells again .”

“This surpassed my expectations by far......found exactly what I needed as with-out by ring for ages......ordered at 11:30 on a Thursday morning and to my major surprise and delight turned up around half 9/10am the next day. Quality of the wood is second to none.....will definitely use again and have already bookmarked your site.... many many thanks”

“So ordered the paint I wanted and delivery for Saturday, unfortunately something happen and UK Mail didn’t do this so I got on a Monday was little upset because I ask for a certain day I would be in sent email to maxwell customer service on Friday got back to me first thing on Monday and refunded me the Saturday delivery charge apart from this I got what I ordered and customer service dealt with this so good and in quick time can’t fault that at all best customer service I’ve dealt with will use again.”
