“Ordered a door (size & style were hard to find)but they had one -price was good - delivery charge was fair-delivery and time slot was also good-all in all a good reliable company to deal with”

“Failure to deliver to specified named date (TWICE). When delivery did arrive the pallet was incomplete and of the items there were delivered some were damaged and the others were not square and straight (75mmx75mm Fence post, how a fence post cant be cut straight and square is beyond me). Customer service tried their best but they were let down by their operations and logistics companies. How hard is it to put 7 fence posts on a pallet and deliver them next day?”

“I was very happy 😊 that The lock I've purchased was the right one and I was happy that I did not have to get a locksmith to come and replace the lock for me it would've cost me more money I took the old one out and replaced a new one I know where I will be shopping at maxwells DIY”
