“I went on line ordered my under counter chest freezer could have had it delivered the next day but wasn't convenient for me, had it delivered few days later, del driver was very helpful, obliging and happy in his job, which is nice to see I think especially during these extraordinary times. “We needed to order a new washing machine during lock-down, so we telephoned Max Electrical. The machine we wanted was not in stock, but M.E. promised it for early the following week. We were given a day and a time slot. The machine was duly delivered, the old one taken away for disposal, and the new one fitted and commissioned quickly and without any fuss. Very pleased with the service. The only thing I noticed afterwards was that the locknuts on the feet had not been tightened, so as I had a suitable spanner, I did it myself.”
