“I phoned Lutterworth branch of Max electrical, as our inbuilt fridge freezer had broken overnight. The sales manager was very helpful and sold me my choice of fridge freezer. It was delivered the same day as we live in Lutterworth. Let’s hope more people choose to use this store so it maintains its place and continues its superb service to our area. First class service!”

“Your salesman was very knowledgeable about all the products we wanted to look at (TV’s between 43 and 50 inches) and consider. He explained all of the different technologies in an easy to understand manner. He also recommended an aerial installation engineer who has subsequently sorted an aerial problem that we had been experiencing. Great all round experience.”

“Great service as we only ordered the TV on the 22nd December and we were offered the installation the next day which wasn’t convenient for us but this was rearranged for Christmas Eve morning and all was completed by 10am that morning. 👍🏻😀”
